Mokshada Peeth was established in October 2022 by three devoted women patriots and social workers Mandla Medhasvi, Manjishtha Callen, and Mrinaalini, united by a shared vision of cultural revival and social transformation. Rooted in years of selfless service, deep introspection, and an unwavering commitment to human upliftment, the founding of Mokshada Peeth was a natural evolution of their collective journey. Deeply inspired by the profound spiritual-scientific heritage of India, reflected in ancient traditions like Yoga, Ayurveda, and Vedanta, the founders envisioned a platform that bridges timeless wisdom with modern challenges.
Their thoughts were deeply shaped by the teachings of revered saints and philosophers such as Adiguru Shankaracharya, Jagatguru Ramanujacharya, and Maharshi Markandeya, along with visionary thinkers like Maharshi Aurobindo, Swami Vivekananda, Pandit Govind Ballabh Pant, and Sardar Vallabhbhai Patel. These influences reaffirmed their belief that India's cultural knowledge systems are not relics of the past, but living solutions for today’s global crises. In 2022, what began as a heartfelt conversation among the three women about the urgent need to rekindle India's fading cultural consciousness and re-establish the synergy of science and spirituality, soon transformed into a committed vision Mokshada Peeth.
Today, Mokshada Peeth stands not just as an organization, but as a dynamic movement where tradition meets innovation, and where seva (service), shastra (knowledge), and sadhana (spiritual practice) converge for the welfare of all living beings. Its mission is to uplift the most neglected and marginalized communities, revive and elevate India's eternal spiritual and cultural heritage as a guiding light for humanity, and cultivate a civilization rooted in compassion through the protection and welfare of animals and all living beings.

As much density of faith is associated with thought, that much power of imagination holds the potential of manifestation of cosmic energy and the flow of cosmic energy is eternal and inexhaustible, and by its resonance, all beings are infused with life.
Mandla Medhasvi
Founder
Namaskar,
Mokshada Peeth was not born from ambition, but from a deep inner calling, a silent fire that grew through years of contemplation, struggle, and service. It emerged from the pain of watching our sacred traditions fade, our villages forgotten, and our people suffer in silence disconnected from the roots that once nourished them. We are living in an era where the world is materially advancing, yet silently suffering. Disconnection from nature, spirit, and roots has left many unheard, unseen, and unhealed. Mokshada Peeth is our humble response to this crisis — a vision to integrate science and spirituality, tradition and innovation, wellness, and wisdom. We believe that healing the soul of the society begins with awakening its cultural and spiritual consciousness.
The Peeth is not just an organization. It is a prayer for the world where compassion walks hand in hand with courage, where healing begins from the soul, and where every forgotten tradition is reborn as a beacon of hope. In India’s ancient culture lies not just pride, but profound answers to illness, unrest, loneliness, and even despair. We dream of a time when no one is hungry, when every child knows their worth, when our elders' wisdom echoes in our classrooms, and when even the animals and trees are treated with love and reverence.
Mokshada Peeth walks this path integrating science with spirituality, service with sadhana, and the past with the future. Through our research centres, healing initiatives, cultural branches, and grassroots engagement, we aim to create a holistic ecosystem where traditions are not just preserved, but lived. We are weaving a new fabric of society — one rooted in ancient truth and blossoming into universal harmony.
To those who believe in seva, who long for change, and who carry love for Bharat in their hearts — I invite you. Walk with us. Give your hands, your time, your prayers. Together, we can awaken a world that has nearly forgotten what it means to be whole.
With folded hands and unwavering faith,
— Mandla Medhasvi
